bp33's Complete Terms & Conditions

1. General Provisions

bp33 is an online gaming and entertainment platform that offers slot games, live casino, cricket betting, and fishing games for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between bp33 and its users.

Using the platform means you have fully read and accepted these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. Together, these documents form bp33's overall service agreement.

bp33 reserves the right to suspend any user's account, transactions, or benefits at any time without prior notice, particularly if there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

To open an account on the bp33 platform and use any of its services, you must be 21 years of age or older. Use of this platform is strictly prohibited for minors.

At the time of registration, you must confirm that:

• You are playing in your own name and with your own funds.
• You have not previously been permanently banned from bp33 under any account.

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each user may open only one bp33 account. Multiple accounts in the same person's name are prohibited. Any attempt to create multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method will result in all accounts being suspended.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All personal information provided at registration must be accurate, current, and complete. bp33 may request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time — such as a copy of a national ID card or passport. If documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily locked.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

bp33 supports only the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. (Rocket is the mobile wallet of Dutch-Bangla Bank.)

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (the same across all methods).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Before a withdrawal is made, bp33 will confirm that the wagering requirements for any related bonus have been met.

4.4 Account Ownership

Deposits are only accepted from a payment account that belongs to the bp33 account holder. Deposits from third-party accounts or withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and are subject to investigation under anti-money laundering policy.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bp33 offers new users a 120% bonus of up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a bonus of ৳1,200, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: a ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 in wagers must be placed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period, which is stated in the offer details.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
• If bp33's internal investigation finds evidence of bonus abuse, bp33 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and any winnings.
• bp33 may change or cancel any promotion without prior notice.
• The welcome bonus cannot be claimed more than once from the same household or IP address.

6. Gaming Rules

bp33 offers slots, live casino, cricket betting, and fishing games. Each game or betting market has its own applicable rules. It is your responsibility to read the rules of the relevant game before playing.

6.1 Technical Errors

If a technical fault or system outage affects the outcome of a game, bp33 reserves the right to void that round and refund the wager. Any winnings resulting from a technical error will not be considered valid.

6.2 Cricket & Sports Betting

All bets placed in bp33's sports betting section are subject to the final result. If the specified conditions are not met, the bet may be voided and the stake refunded. If a match is abandoned or the result remains undecided, bp33's decision will be considered final.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bp33 platform:

• Using bots, automated software, scripts, or any artificial assistance to play games.
• Attempting to hack another user's account or steal their information.
• Using bp33 for money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Abusing the bonus system (i.e., claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, false information, or coordinated betting).
• Intimidating, threatening, or harassing bp33 staff.
• Deceiving or misleading other users.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's code, database, or security systems.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by bp33

bp33 may temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Clear or suspected breach of these terms and conditions.
• Evidence of, or reasonable suspicion of, fraudulent activity.
• Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified time.
• If the account balance becomes negative or a fraudulent chargeback is made.
• Legal or regulatory reasons.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time by emailing our support team. All valid transactions will be settled before the account is closed.

9. Privacy & Data Protection
